ALICE, an acronym for Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed, is a new way of defining and understanding the struggles of households that earn above the Federal Poverty Level, but not enough to afford a bare-bones household budget. Penny Porter Director of The United Way of the Eastern Panhandle will share information from the ALICE Report with a specific focus on the Eastern Panhandle data.

Celebrating Our Successes It has been a tough two years. In spite of technical challenges, working from home, social distancing, Zoom, phone tag, emails, changing contact rules and our own compassion fatigue we as a collaborative community have had many successes. Lets share the power of hope. The power of a story.
